Catering is our next chapter. The same coffee, stone-ground matcha, and house-made spreads you love, carried out to your event. Tell us your day and we will shape a quote around it.
Made in-house
We make it, then we bring it.
Ānuenue was founded by Mohala and her daughter Asia, who ran Mo’s Fish and Chips before this. We stone-grind our matcha, pull our coffee, and make our own syrups and sauces. The bagel bar and the lite faire come out of our own kitchen.
Catering is the natural next step. The same care that goes into a single cup, carried out to a room full of your people.

A mobile coffee and matcha bar
We bring the bar to you. Espresso drinks, stone-ground matcha, and our house syrups, poured on site for your guests. The centerpiece of most events we cater.
Breakfast and brunch spreads
Our bagel bar, breakfast burritos, wraps, and pastries, laid out for a morning meeting or a slow weekend gathering. Warm, generous, and easy to graze.
Grazing and snack boards
Boards built to pick at through the afternoon, plus our lite faire of wraps and soups when you want something more filling on the table.
Full spreads, here or off-site
Host in the lounge on the bay, or have us cater at your venue across Hilo. We put the whole table together, coffee to spread, and shape it around your headcount and the feel you are after.
